Thanksgiving is coming up quickly! So I want to share with you 10 tips to enjoy Thanksgiving (or any social gathering) without blowing your diet. These tips are going to help you watch your waistline tremendously throughout the entire holiday season!

We all know, Thanksgiving can be a day of eating tons of food and then feeling gross, bloated & guilty afterwards. BUT it doesn't have to be that way!

In fact, there's a way you can still relax and enjoy a feast with family & friends without feeling guilty, gaining fat or spiraling out of control with your diet.

In Tip #2 we explained how it's a great idea to do a high intensity strength training workout or a leg workout preferably in the morning or any time before your Thanksgiving meal. One reason being because it utilizes more muscle groups (than say just an abs workout) or larger muscles like the legs. So you'll burn more calories.
