Welcome to your first workout!! :-)
Today is ALL about the boo-tay! And legs! It's a fast-paced, to the point workout that only takes 15 minutes. If you're new to exercise or it's been a while, please take this workout at your own pace. Make sure to take a few minutes to cool down after it's over!
STEP 1: Scroll down and click the toolbar to watch each "Exercise Video & Modifications" FIRST before doing the workout. So you know how to do each exercise with good form and how to modify if needed. And to prevent any injury as well.

STEP 3: Join the Toned In 20 Challenge Facebook Group & "Check-In" once you complete today's workout! Below you'll see a Facebook image. Click it and let me and the other ladies know how you did!! We are here to motivate and support one another during these 14 days!
- Dumbbells (Or use soup cans, water jugs, anything to hold for extra resistance. Or just use body weight!)
- Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a rest of 7 seconds in between.
- Go through the exercise circuit for 3 rounds.
