Today is an "Active Rest Day" so you will not see a workout on your schedule (unless you missed yesterday's ABS workout then you can do that).
Let's allow your body to rest, recover and repair itself. Enjoy some time to stretch. Or do 15-30 minutes of cardio activity.
You can also "challenge" yourself to focus more on NUTRITION today. Take 20 minutes that you would have spent on a workout and prep food for a healthy dinner, pack healthy snacks, choose a new recipe to try, etc. Nutrition is very important to you getting results!
