It's already Day 11, can you believe it? Time is flying by and we are going to DOMINATE today's workout...You IN?!

Today we are heating things up with a fat-blasting 20-minute HIIT cardio workout. HIIT stands for "High Intensity Interval Training" and it will certainly get your heart pumping!

-We are doing 45 seconds of "work" followed by 15 seconds of rest for each exercise.

- Go through 1 round of each exercise, giving you a 10-minute cardio workout!

-And I CHALLENGE YOU to continue with me to complete a 2nd round giving you a 20-minute fat-burning cardio session!

*NO Equipment Needed! Just you and your water bottle :)
