Today is Day 13 of the Challenge! Your last strength training workout so let's finish STRONG! I'm so proud of you and you should be proud of yourself, too.

We are focusing on the butt & thighs today! No Equipment Needed Today. Just using your own body weight.

- 5 leg exercises in a giant circuit. We are doing a 4 count (second) hold in each movement (legs are gonna burn, baby burn!), 10 repetitions each exercise.

- Perform 1 set of an exercise, rest 20-60 seconds, then move onto the next exercise.

- Complete 1 Round. Rest 1-2 minutes. Repeat Circuit for a 2nd Round!
