Day 4: Active Rest

Today is an "Active Rest Day" so you will not see a workout scheduled (If you missed yesterday's ABS workout then you can do that one).

You're on a roll and doing great so far! But you must allow your body to rest, recover and repair itself.

PLUS you do NOT need to work out every single day in order to get amazing results! Which is great news for all of us super busy women who have a lot on our plates.
