Today I have a leg slimming workout video for you that incorporates 2 of the most effective pieces to toning a fit physique: resistance training and cardio.
We'll be targeting our butt and thighs today PLUS cardio ....all in just 18 minutes. You'll feel so great afterwards!
All you need is 1 dumbbell that weighs 3 to 8 lbs. (No worries if you don't have a dumbbell. You can hold any other weighted object around the house or just use body weight!)

Move 1: DB Squat & Abduct
Move 2: DB Jack & Press
Move 3: DB Stationary Lunge & Twist
